There are logistical matters to attend to, such as, the timing of events, what vendors are reputable, the amount of servers needed, plan b and plan c for every situation, among others. We know our way around many venues, having worked in them multiple times, know the best vendors in each category and are here to guide you and to take care of all of your concerns. We are able to help save you time, money and, perhaps most importantly, your sanity so that you can enjoy your wedding day to the fullest!

Once our logistical duties are fulfilled, we then act as an extension of staff to the remaining vendors. Oftentimes, we are assisting the caterers during the reception before, after or in between dances, cake cutting, the bouquet toss, etc. We help clear plates, we refill water glasses, we offer your guest another drink, but we’re also watching the clock to ensure the timeline is being followed. Maybe it's the garter toss or maybe the last call is five minutes away. We use this time to offer you one last drink or ask if there are any additional songs you'd like played before the last dance is announced. Ultimately, our work is never “done”.
